Statement necklace? I think yes!

How gorgeous is that?

Megan is hosting a giveaway here.

Even though I would LOVE to win this necklace, you know you want to enter the contest too :)

Friday's Letters

Dear Friday, THANK YOU. Dear weekend, I cannot wait for you and all of the fun festivities in store! Dear August.... HURRY UP!!! Dear Josh, how you put up with me sometimes I have no idea, but I love you  for it! Dear house, clean yourself okay? Dear wedding plans, thank you for coming along so nicely. Finally you're starting to all come together and make beautiful sense! Dear car, you get me from A to B. But could you magically turn into a Cadillac Escalade sometimes soon? Dear work, you drag sometimes. But thanks for the paycheck! Dear Independence Day. I love you and all. But could you come on a Friday next time? Middle of the week holidays just completely throw me off. Dear Diet Coke, you're a Godsend. Dear bed, I'm so sorry I have to leave you every morning! Please don't hate me! Dear Sex & The City, you teach me lessons and keep me laughing and for that I am grateful. Dear tattlers, get over youself. Thanks! Dear readers, I love you and appreciate each and every one of you. I hope everyone has had a good week and a fun and safe weekend!

T G I F

Aren't we a little too old for that?

Tattling.

It's a thing small children do.

NOT GROWN ADULTS.

I'm sorry but it's getting a little ridiculous!

I'm not saying names, and I'm not saying where the tattling took place.

Just know that I know who you are.

And it's not working.

You're trying to get me in trouble for something petty and completely out of my control.

You are TWICE my age.

It's immature, stupid, rude, inconsiderate, and just down right mean.

Get over yourself.

Quit worrying about other people.

Get a life.

Fourth Festivities

What is it about the day before a holiday that makes it
dddddddddddrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggg?

I mean come on!

Tomorrow is a day filled with
Family and good friends.
Grilling out yummy food.
Swimming.
Water balloon fights.
Badminton and volleyball games.
Suntans and sunglasses.
Relaxing on beach towels.
And let's not forget the fireworks.

All in celebration of the wonderful country God blessed me enough to live in :)

What do you and your family do for the fourth?

Happy Independence Day!
